Perfect Location and Fantastic Service
The location in Beacon Hill was perfect for exploring Boston, with beautiful streets and the river just steps away. The staff were really good. My Classic King Room was comfortable and very clean, but I prefer a firmer mattress for my personal taste.

The room service coffee was delivered in a ceramic teapot, a nice touch despite being cold. Make sure to check the dining options in advance to avoid late-night food search.

If I had a dime for every time I got lost on the way to my room, I'd buy a new map! A little signage wouldn't hurt, darling.

We visited the Charles River for some scenic views and checked out a local game. The area is super walkable, and it's easy to get around with Uber. Clean rooms.
The staff could improve their hospitality. They didn't really engage with us, a bit disappointing.

The Whitney Hotel was like stepping into a cozy haven-every corner had the charm of a well-loved book, and the staff had more warmth than a freshly baked batch of cookies. My room was quieter than a library on a Sunday afternoon, and the bed was so comfortable, it seemed like sleeping on a cloud crafted by angels.
